Salsa Babies
With your little one snuggled in to baby carriers, Salsa Babies™ offers a great workout, a chance to socialize and an opportunity to introduce one’s child to music and movement.

Salsa Tots
Salsa Tots is a perfect class that combines movement, play and connection with parents with lively Latin Music! In this 45 minute class you will be connecting, bonding, and role modelling dances, movements, words and play with your Salsa Tot!

Baby Sign, Play and Explore
These whole child focused classes are perfect for parents with hearing babies from birth onwards, who want to watch their child: Increase communication between parents/caregivers and baby, Learn fun ideas which help with transitions such as meal time, bedtime and sleep, Smile and giggle while watching them explore new sensory based learning toys, Learn ASL signs through music, movement, and play while meeting a small group of parents (small class sizes). Plus, parents will know what their child is thinking at a young age!

Tiny Tots Play & Learn
Together, you will explore between 3-6 play, learn and sensory based stations! We will start the class off with a warm welcome, and engaging songs to build community and make friends!
While this is a drop-in class, registration the week of is strongly recommended to ensure there are enough supplies.

Positive Discipline classes
This is a 6 week online program, run on a private Facebook group, which will help parents understand and find ways to discipline children to impact the behaviour, belief behind the behaviour and impact long term social and life skills.Each week, there will be videos + learning activities, plus Tanya will come LIVE on Wednesdays to answer your questions to continue your learning! The LIVE will also be available to watch throughout the week.
